Responsibility
- Assist members with inquiries, check-ins, and membership-related questions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage gym administration, including handling membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
- Respond to member feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions, transactions, and administrative tasks using our gym management software.
- Coordinate with the fitness team to ensure smooth operations, including class schedules, equipment maintenance, and facility cleanliness.
- Assist in organizing and promoting fitness events, workshops, and member engagement activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all members and visitors.
- Support the sales team by following up on leads and assisting with membership inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field (experience in the fitness industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with gym management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
