Join International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. as a Service Operations Engineer in the heart of Bali and play a pivotal role in optimizing elevator systems and technical operations. Based in Badung, Bali, you will manage and refine the M’s BRIDGE systems data, ensuring accurate tracking of elevator trouble calls while supporting critical technical operations. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving service reliability, reducing downtime, and elevating customer satisfaction across our premium installations.

Responsibility
- Manage and optimize M’s BRIDGE systems data to ensure real-time accuracy and accessibility for elevator operations.
- Streamline and automate elevator trouble call tracking processes to improve response times and resolution efficiency.
- Collaborate with field technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve elevator system issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor system performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations for elevator operations.
- Provide technical support and training to on-site staff and clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator systems, technical operations, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in data management systems (e.g., M’s BRIDGE or equivalent) and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and report writing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in elevator maintenance.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be provided).
