Responsibility
- Lead and manage the service department team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor and manage inventory of service parts and supplies, ensuring availability and cost efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with Honda's service guidelines.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve service efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to align service operations with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management, preferably with a reputable dealership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
