Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service throughout the repair process.
- Greet customers, assess their vehicle concerns, and provide accurate estimates for repairs, maintenance, and warranty services.
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose issues, explain technical details to customers, and recommend necessary services in a professional manner.
- Manage service appointments, track repair progress, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to meet customer expectations.
- Process service orders, invoices, and payments while maintaining meticulous records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on automotive trends, manufacturer guidelines, and warranty policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Upsell additional services (e.g., maintenance packages, accessories) where appropriate, contributing to revenue growth and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Consultant, or similar role in a dealership or high-end repair shop.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and maintenance schedules for luxury or premium vehicles (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus).
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and professionally to diverse clientele.
