Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive exterior detailing, including washing, waxing, polishing, and paint correction to restore vehicle surfaces to a flawless finish.
- Conduct interior detailing services, such as deep cleaning, stain removal, leather conditioning, and odor elimination to maintain a pristine cabin environment.
- Apply protective coatings, sealants, and ceramic treatments to enhance durability and preserve the vehicle’s appearance.
- Inspect vehicles for scratches, dents, or imperfections and recommend appropriate treatments or repairs.
- Operate and maintain detailing equipment, including steam cleaners, buffers, and pressure washers, ensuring all tools are in optimal condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients on their detailing needs and offering expert recommendations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use eco-friendly products where applicable to minimize environmental impact.
- Document services performed and maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions before and after detailing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Car Detailing Technician or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or high-end automotive environment.
- Proven expertise in paint correction, ceramic coating application, and interior restoration techniques.
- Strong knowledge of automotive detailing products, tools, and industry best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and professionalism.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Certification in automotive detailing (e.g., from IDA or similar organizations) is a plus.
