Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical and electronic systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electrical/electronic equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Install, test, and commission new electrical and electronic systems as required by clients or projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with operational schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance for reporting and analysis.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members on electrical/electronic systems and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical/electronic technology and best practices in maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level qualification in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in electrical/electronic maintenance, troubleshooting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with hand tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic software used in electrical/electronic maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in electrical safety or related fields (e.g., CompEx, NEBOSH) are a plus.
