Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and related equipment.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CCTV systems promptly.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement security solutions.
- Document all service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and security systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in CCTV systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali.
- Certification in CCTV systems or related fields is a plus.
