Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on CRAC units, cooling towers, and HVAC systems in data center environments.
- Respond to emergency service calls (e-calls) to diagnose and resolve cooling system issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying potential faults and implementing corrective actions to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cooling systems with other data center infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all service activities, including work orders, system logs, and compliance reports.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new cooling equipment and upgrades.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices while working in high-security data center environments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, thermodynamics, or refrigeration principles is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning about data center infrastructure and cooling technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to document technical processes clearly.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for on-site service calls and installations.
- Certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or data center operations (e.g., ASHRAE, BICSI) are advantageous but not mandatory.
