Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align IT services with business objectives and SLAs.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead incident management processes, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive the adoption of ITIL best practices and other industry standards within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT service delivery, infrastructure management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Experience with IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or similar are highly desirable.
