Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, counters, and service areas.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service hours.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
