As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy seamless, memorable dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. Whether you’re working in a boutique resort, fine-dining restaurant, or beachfront café, your attention to detail and warm demeanor will leave a lasting impression.
This is a full-time opportunity in some of Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak, and Nusa Dua. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and take pride in exceeding guest expectations, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making personalized recommendations.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure all guest needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle payments accurately and process transactions using POS systems.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and table presentation.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar customer-facing role (preferably in hospitality).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and card payments.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
