Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, providing receipts and change as needed.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with restaurant policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality role (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
