As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our restaurant. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive the high-quality dining experience they expect from Sushi Tei. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, cheerful, and ready to assist guests with a smile. Responsibility
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Provide menu recommendations and explain promotions to guests effectively.
- Handle POS systems and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Report directly to the Management on Duty regarding operational issues or guest feedback.
Qualifications
- Possess a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Must be able to adhere to the uniform policy: White Polo Tee, Black Long Pants, and fully covered Black non-slip shoes.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus, but not required—we provide training for motivated individuals.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
