Responsibility
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
- Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to brand standards and safety guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety practices throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in F&B or retail is an added advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, or Chinese.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must possess a positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Physical stamina to handle tasks on your feet for extended periods.
- Well-groomed and professional presentation.
