Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining cleanliness at the dining area.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the outlet is ready for operation.
- Handle POS systems and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications
- Ability to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be well-groomed and adhere to the uniform policy (white collared polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an added advantage, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong team player with a positive work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Must be physically fit to perform standing and floor duties for the duration of the shift.
