Responsibility
- Warmly welcome and seat guests upon arrival to ensure a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and assist guests with menu recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and service stations.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure all customer needs are met during their meal.
- Assist with table setting, clearing, and preparation for new guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage, though training will be provided.
- Must be able to maintain a neat and professional appearance according to our dress code (White collared shirt, black pants, black covered shoes).
- Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, busy environment like Jewel Changi.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Sushi Tei brand.
