As a Service Crew member, you will be the heart of our kitchen and front-of-house operations during the night. We pride ourselves on efficiency, cleanliness, and providing top-tier service even in the late hours. Note: This role requires a minimum commitment of 3 days per week through 19 July 2026. Please only apply if you are able to commit to this duration and are comfortable working night shifts starting at 11:00 PM.
Responsibility
- Prepare and assemble food items according to McDonald's gold-standard procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Handle kitchen equipment and machinery with adherence to strict safety protocols.
- Restock supplies and assist with closing shift duties to ensure store readiness for the morning team.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow during the overnight shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- Available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week including weekends/holidays.
- Must be available for the duration of the contract until 19 July 2026.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability for overnight shift attendance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multi-tasking.
- Positive work attitude with a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in F&B or retail is a plus, but not required as full training is provided.
