Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in line with restaurant standards.
- Assist in front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, taking orders, and managing reservations.
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation, plating, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage POS systems with accuracy.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership skills and advance into supervisory or management roles.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management, and report any discrepancies to the management team.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand values and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of Chinese or Korean cuisine is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and adaptability.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle busy shifts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
