Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining or hospitality experience.
- Take and process orders accurately, while maintaining knowledge of menu items and promotions.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining clean, organized service areas in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Uphold company standards for service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
