Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in Bali’s hospitality sector.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable reports to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and proactive follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and special requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
