Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Monitor table needs, refill drinks, and clear dishes efficiently to maintain a smooth dining flow.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any service issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cashier tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or customer service role (fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine or cocktail pairings (training provided).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/carry moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
