Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all tables are clean and set up according to restaurant standards.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
