Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to restaurant standards for presentation and quality.
- Monitor guest needs and respond to requests or concerns in a timely, courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and pairing suggestions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 10 kg (e.g., trays, supplies).
