Join Tiong Bahru Bakery as a Service Crew & Dishwasher in the heart of Bali’s most vibrant locations! This role combines front-of-house duties with essential back-of-house tasks, ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for our guests.

Note: Candidates must adhere to our dress code—black T-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and covered non-slip shoes. Freelancers or temporary workers must commit to the full duration of their assigned shifts.
Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and serving food/beverages with a smile.
- Assist in food preparation, packaging, and presentation to meet Tiong Bahru Bakery’s high standards.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring all utensils, dishes, and kitchen tools are clean and sanitized.
- Keep the dining area, counter, and kitchen tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Restock supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and tableware, as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to comply with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the POS system when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B, or a similar role (fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Attention to detail, especially in maintaining cleanliness and food presentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Adherence to the dress code: black T-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and covered non-slip shoes.
- Reliable and committed to completing assigned shifts without early departure.
