Responsibility
- Warmly greet and seat guests while managing the dining room flow.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering expert menu recommendations.
- Deliver dishes promptly while ensuring food safety and presentation standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the dining area and service stations.
- Process payments and handle POS transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Must maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
- Adherence to uniform standards: Collared white polo/shirt, black long pants, and fully covered black shoes with black socks.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric personality.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid food hygiene certification is an added advantage.
