As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest receives the high standard of hospitality Sushi Tei is known for. You will work in a fast-paced environment, gaining valuable experience in the premium F&B sector while interacting with international travelers and local foodies alike.
Responsibility
- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter.
- Provide detailed menu recommendations and handle guest orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in the preparation of beverage and condiment orders.
- Ensure smooth table turnover and reset tables promptly during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional and positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Qualifications
- Must be able to adhere to grooming standards: Neat appearance, white collared shirt, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes with black socks.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of Japanese culinary terms is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
