Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, catering to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events, shifts, or special occasions.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and food hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role (e.g., restaurant, cafĂŠ, hotel).
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
