Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (e.g., waiter, server, or hospitality staff).
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems and order-taking software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues during peak hours.
