Responsibility

  • Warmly greet customers, assist with menu selections, and provide accurate information about our products.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of frozen yogurts, healthy desserts, and beverages following company standards and recipes.
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash and electronic payments, and ensure accurate transactions.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards for the counter area, dining space, equipment, and restrooms.
  • Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, assisting with restocking to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations and health codes to ensure product quality and customer well-being.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service environment is a definite advantage.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding product presentation and cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
