Responsibility

  • Coordinate and schedule machine installations with clients and technical teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Liaise between customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, installations, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries related to machine operations.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on service activities and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or coordination roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
