Responsibility
- Process and verify customer orders accurately and efficiently via phone, email, or digital platforms.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to confirm order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide updates to customers.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Troubleshoot order-related issues, including delays, cancellations, or payment discrepancies, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, order statuses, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor order processing metrics and report on performance trends to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new team members on order processing protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in call centre, customer service, or order processing roles.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, order management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing.
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
