Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests by taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure the booth or service area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after events or shifts.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless flow of service during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and pleasant dining environment.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
