Responsibility
- Assist in managing the front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Supervise and support the front desk team, providing guidance and training to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address guest needs and enhance their overall experience.
- Monitor and manage room inventory, ensuring accurate availability and maximizing occupancy.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards at all times.
- Act as a Duty Manager during assigned shifts, overseeing the entire hotel operation and addressing any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front office or guest services role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and training staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
