Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining or hospitality experience.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, adhering to international service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining or service area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or additional services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to comply with industry regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a server, floor staff, or similar hospitality role (preferably in a high-end establishment).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings (training provided).
- Well-groomed appearance and adherence to company dress code standards.
- Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit for Bali.
