Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Zoho CRM solutions tailored to B2B and B2C operational needs.
- Automate workflows, data processes, and business logic to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, payment gateways) using APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather requirements and deliver CRM solutions that align with business objectives.
- Optimize CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Train end-users and provide documentation to ensure smooth adoption of CRM solutions.
- Stay updated with Zoho’s latest features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our CRM ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Zoho CRM Developer or similar role.
- Proven expertise in Zoho CRM customization, including Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and module development.
- Strong experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Analytics for building custom applications and integrations.
- Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with database management, SQL, and data migration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Developer, Zoho Creator) are a plus.
