Responsibility
- Serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert for Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday compensation solutions
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align compensation strategies with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and best practices
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide innovative solutions
- Manage system integrations and data flows between Workday and other HR systems
- Stay current with Workday updates and recommend process improvements
- Lead user acceptance testing and system validation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM, with deep expertise in Compensation modules
- Workday Pro certification in Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation preferred
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary planning, and incentive programs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
