Responsibility
- Develop and implement customized wealth management strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning, including investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and proactive advisory.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and client portfolios to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, tax, investment) to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base in Bali’s premium markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFP, CFA, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios with a focus on growth and preservation.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, asset allocation, risk management, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
