Responsibility
- Support day-to-day operations in client onboarding, account management, and financial transactions under supervisor guidance.
- Assist in market research and data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the financial sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop technical and leadership competencies.
- Contribute to compliance and audit-related tasks to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Engage in client-facing interactions to build relationships and understand customer needs.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic financial tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
