Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of water resources facilities for Tender B projects across Bali, ensuring alignment with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and compliance with local and national standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, hydraulic modeling, and risk assessments to optimize water resource management solutions.
- Oversee site inspections, quality control, and safety protocols to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Prepare and review technical reports, tender documents, and project proposals for submission to relevant authorities.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, including environmental, social, and technical challenges, to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water resources engineering, infrastructure projects, or tender management, with a focus on facilities design and implementation.
- Proven experience in hydraulic modeling, flood risk assessment, and water supply systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian water regulations, environmental laws, and tender processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, EPANET, or other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
