Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement inventory management systems to minimize stock discrepancies, reduce waste, and optimize storage space utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities with business demand and customer expectations.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and delivery times) and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high productivity, safety standards, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate with vendors and carriers to secure cost-effective transportation and storage solutions without compromising quality.
- Implement lean warehouse practices and automation tools (e.g., WMS, barcode scanners) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role.
- Proven track record in inventory control, demand planning, and logistics coordination within manufacturing or distribution sectors.
- Strong proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP software, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 10+ staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or CSCP are highly desirable.
