Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced voice and telephony systems, including VoIP, PBX, and unified communications platforms.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex telephony issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telephony solutions with other business systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for telephony systems, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in voice and telephony, recommending improvements and upgrades as needed.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and support staff, sharing your expertise and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to voice and telephony systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in voice and telephony engineering, with a focus on L3 support.
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP, PBX, SIP, and unified communications platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with telephony system integration and configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
