Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end expense report processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
- Execute precise invoicing procedures, verifying data integrity across multiple client billing systems.
- Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in financial documents to ensure timely payment cycles.
- Provide high-level administrative support, utilizing independent judgment to handle urgent client inquiries.
- Maintain organized digital archives of financial transactions for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline office administrative workflows and improve turnaround times.
- Prepare comprehensive activity reports and dashboards for management review.
- Uphold data confidentiality and security protocols in all client-facing administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a virtual administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and cloud-based accounting or ERP software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in managing expense reporting tools (e.g., SAP Concur, Expensify, or similar).
