Responsibility
- Design and optimize ultra-pure water (UPW) treatment systems for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Lead project teams in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of water treatment facilities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., SEMI, ASTM) and environmental regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new water treatment projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot system failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment design, with a focus on UPW systems.
- Proficiency in water treatment design software (e.g., AutoCAD, HYSYS, or similar tools).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and water quality requirements.
- Certification in water treatment technologies (e.g., WQA, AWWA) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
