Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement PLC-based automation systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Schneider) for industrial applications.
- Program, test, and debug HMI/SCADA interfaces (e.g., WinCC, Ignition, FactoryTalk) to ensure seamless human-machine interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical, mechanical, and software components into cohesive automation solutions.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC 61131, ISO 13849).
- Optimize existing automation processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance safety in manufacturing environments.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, user manuals, and maintenance guides.
- Provide on-site/remote support for system commissioning, training, and post-deployment assistance.
- Stay updated with emerging automation trends (IIoT, Industry 4.0, AI-driven controls) and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).
- Proficiency in industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA).
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development and industrial networking.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, motor controls, and sensor integration.
- Familiarity with robotics, motion control, or vision systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
