Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web platforms, from wireframing and prototyping to final UI implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design with business goals and user needs.
- Optimize user flows, navigation, and accessibility to enhance engagement and reduce bounce rates.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to refine designs based on data insights.
- Ensure all designs adhere to SEO, mobile-first, and performance best practices for maximum visibility and speed.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across projects.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to measure success and iterate on designs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in UX/UI, web technologies, and digital publishing to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web/mobile applications, dashboards, or data-driven platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools, with a strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and collaboration with developers.
- Experience with SEO principles, web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience in publishing, SaaS, or B2B digital products.
