Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including social media graphics, banners, email templates, and web visuals.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop cohesive visual strategies that align with brand guidelines.
- Create and optimize graphics for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites) to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials, ensuring a unified visual identity.
- Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and videos to enhance visual appeal and professionalism.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Present design concepts and mockups to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven portfolio showcasing a strong command of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
- Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret and translate brand guidelines into consistent, high-impact visuals.
