Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative concepts for recruitment marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, digital ads, and email templates.
- Design visually appealing employer branding materials such as brochures, presentations, and infographics.
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video content to enhance engagement across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to align visual content with talent acquisition strategies.
- Optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging tools to innovate our visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Provide design support for internal communications and corporate events as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, preferably in marketing or recruitment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including digital and print media.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly.
- Adaptability to shifting schedules and global campaign timelines.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate (remote/hybrid options available).
