Responsibility
- Lead UI design projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to create seamless, visually compelling interfaces.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on data-driven insights.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven design tools), and best practices in UI/UX.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles.
- Optimize designs for accessibility, performance, and cross-platform compatibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI Designer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital product design, including web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with design systems, prototyping, and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Zeplin).
- Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and its impact on design feasibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid teams.
- Passion for AI-driven innovation and leveraging technology to enhance design workflows.
- Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
