Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization, design development, and execution of high-end interior design and architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, translating them into innovative and functional design solutions.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including drawings, 3D renderings, material specifications, and construction details.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to design intent.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate into projects.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Strong project management abilities, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, color, and spatial relationships.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
