Responsibility
- Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client needs and project goals.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that meet aesthetic and budgetary requirements.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
- Stay updated on design trends, sustainable practices, and local building codes.
- Mentor junior designers (for Senior role) and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and local materials is a plus.
- For Senior roles: Minimum 5 years of experience and leadership capabilities.
- For Junior roles: Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
